Our trade-lane pages, commodity guides and articles are general information. Tariffs, duty rates, regulations, transit times and carrier routings change frequently, and the right classification depends on your exact product, so nothing on this site is legal, customs or tax advice. Rates and requirements for your shipment are confirmed in a written quote and by the licensed customs broker filing your entry.

Quotes and services

Services are provided only under a written quotation accepted by you and AGF's terms and conditions of service, together with the terms of the bill of lading or air waybill issued for the shipment. As a licensed NVOCC, AGF maintains the tariff publication required by the US Federal Maritime Commission; ask us for access. If anything on this site conflicts with those documents, the documents control.

Customs entries in the United States are filed by a licensed customs broker, and services outside the United States are performed by our partner agents and, in Kazakhstan, by our authorized representative DDC, each under their own licenses and terms.

Third-party sites and tools

The quote portal, messaging apps, maps and other linked services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the site — for example by attempting to break its security, overloading it, or scraping it in a way that harms its operation. The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to AGF or its licensors; you may share links and quote short passages with attribution, but not republish substantial parts without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGF disclaims warranties about the site and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Liability for cargo and services is governed solely by the documents described under "Quotes and services".

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes about them are heard in the courts of Los Angeles County, unless a law that cannot be waived provides otherwise. We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version on this page.
