FMC-Licensed NVOCC

American Global Freights is an Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) licensed and regulated by the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC). Our license, OTI#031665NF, covers both OTI license types: Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) and ocean freight forwarder (OFF).

This license means we are authorized to issue our own bills of lading, negotiate freight rates directly with ocean carriers, and provide ocean freight services as a carrier in our own right. Our FMC bond ensures financial responsibility and protects our clients' interests.
